SECURITY RULES FOR THE FRACCIONAMIENTO
SAN JUAN COSALA RAQUET CLUB A.C.
The following rules are to preserve the order and tranquility within the Fraccionamiento.
I.- RELATING TO THE SECURITY PERSONNEL AND THEIR RESPONSIBILITIES.
The duty of the guards at the entrances to the fraccionamiento is to monitor people and vehicles that enter and leave the fraccionamiento.
a) The automatic barrier will always be in the lowered position.
b) Check any person and vehicles that wish to enter to the fraccionamiento have the correct identification.
c) The guard will record any special event that occurs on their shift.
d) Only members, visitors and vehicles with the correct identification will be allowed to enter the fraccionamiento.
e) Club members who have their club ID need not to register their entry.
f) However if members do not have ID decal etc., they will be required to register as if they are a visitor/guest.
g) Visitors/Guests without proper club ID must provide their name and the address and whom are they going to visit. They must also provide separate identification (driver's license) and in exchange will be given an entrance pass. The separate identification will be return to the visitor/guest when leaving and the entrance pass is surrendered to the guard.
h) If the guard has some doubt about the visitor/guest requesting entry, the member will be contacted for verification and approval.
i) Members, visitors and guest are request to observe the following rules within the fraccionamiento:

II.- MEMBERS RESPONSIBILITIES.
a) To be able to enter the fraccionamiento, with out delay, always have the proper membership ID.
b) This ID card is available from the Raquet Club Office or from the collector in Guadalajara.
c) With your card ID please enter by the member's lane.
d) When entering at night time please approach the barrier with only your side lights on and turn on the interior light, so you can be identified by the guard.
e) To facilitate visitors/guests entry, club members are request to contact the guardhouse and advise them that a visitor/guest is expected,
f) Club members/residents, have an obligation to register his/her employees at the office. Members are requested to report when one of your employees is no longer working for them and the administration will amend its records.
g) Club members/residents are requested to provide written approval to the guards for items/appliances leaving the fraccionamiento. This control is desirable to prevent any items/appliances etc., being taken or removed without proper authorization,
h) Without proper authorization, the guards will not allow items/appliances etc., to leave the fraccionamiento and if necessary police back up will be requested.
i} Club members/owners will be responsible and answerable for any incidents, alterations, damage to private or public property, in which employees, construction vehicles, guest or family members, have been involved.
j) Any club member, who is having a special event and is expecting a large number of guest/vehicles, must report the time and day to the office.
k) If more than 50 vehicles or guests are expected, the club member/resident must provide one person to aid the guard to control the traffic and guests entering the fraccionamiento.
i) Club members/residents are requested to provide an equal, pleasant and respectful attitude to all fraccionamiento employees. Club employees are obligated to provide the same courtesy to you.
m) Club members with homes for rent or sale must observe the following rules:
III.- REGARDING EXTERNAL SERVICE PROVIDERS.
a) Service vehicles are prohibited to drive at high speed. Excessive noise is also prohibited.
b) Except for emergency, the use of the equipment is limited Mondays to Fridays from 8:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m., Saturdays from 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.
c) Club members/residents, must inform the office when service providers like plumbers, electricians, painters, welders, mechanics, etc., are expected.
d) Unauthorized access will be denied.
e) Approval for any construction work, remodeling or improvements must be presented to the Board of Directors (BOD). Work should not commence without the written approval of the BOD.
The aforementioned rules are provided to enhance the security and safety within the fraccionamiento and to reduce unauthorized activities taking place.

- Maximum speed of 30 kilometers per hour.
- Watch for children playing on the streets.
- Do not place trash on the streets or vacant lots.
- No parking on driveways.
- Excessive use of the card horn and radio is prohibited.

- To prevent unauthorized entry, only the homeowner or designated representative/agent may be allowed to view the property.

- When approved. The office or the BOD will provide identifications for each one of the employees engaged in the project. A cost of 15.40 pesos per ID will be made.
- Whilst on site and within the fraccionamiento, the person in charge of the construction project, is responsible of the good behavior of their workers.
- Workers may only be allowed to enter the fraccionamiento with proper ID.
- Workers will not be permitted to enter the fraccionamiento on holidays, without special approval of the BOD.
- Trucks delivering materials etc., must enter by Guardhouse number 2 two (west entrance). Delivery times are Mondays to Fridays from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. and Saturdays from 8:30 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.
- The guard will check the contents of the trucks entering and living the fraccionamiento.
- Trucks will not be allowed to enter on Holidays, without the approval of the administration.
- Working hours for any worker within the fraccionamiento are:
- Mondays to Fridays from 8:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.,
- Saturdays from 8:00 to 2:00 p.m.
- Any service workers must report to the guards their equipment, tools or materials when entering and living the fraccionamiento.
